【Rental terms and conditions】
If you apply for rental, we will consider that you have accepted the following contents.
● About 'rental online' application
- When using rental, advance reception is required for this 'rental online'.
- You can apply for up to 8 people at a time.
- For the e-mail address to be registered at the time of application, please register the e-mail address that can be received on the slopes.
- All emails sent from 'Rental online' will be sent from the 'smartgelande.com' address. Add 'smartgelande.com' to your domain reception list. (Please contact each mobile phone company for the domain reception setting method)
- "Rental online" is a pre-registration system. Since it is not a reservation, it is not a service that secures and guarantees the inventory of rental items.
- Please come directly to the rental house when you come to the venue.
- Please post the QR code you received by e-mail at the rental house reception.
- We will call you with the 'rental number' written in the application reception email.
- If you are absent at the time of calling and come back to the store, we may refuse to inform you.
- If you wish to cancel, please be sure to complete the cancellation procedure on the cancellation screen provided in the email. If there is no cancellation procedure within 3 hours after calling, the application will be cancelled.
● About rental
- We will not claim any damages for accidents or injuries during rental.
- We understand the importance of wearing a helmet to prevent injuries when sliding.
- I agree that the user is solely responsible for the equipment as long as it is under the control of the user.
- We will compensate for damage, theft or loss.
- When you receive the rental equipment, we will check all the parts and confirm that the function is normal.
● Handling of personal information
- Alpen Co., Ltd. has established 'Handling of personal information' and will endeavor to properly manage and maintain the personal information entrusted to us by our customers.

● Rental security compensation system
- At this ski resort, customers are responsible for any damage to rental items.
- If the rental item is damaged, you will be charged a burden regardless of intentional or negligence.
- If you subscribe to the 'Rental Security Compensation System', you will be exempted from the burden in case of a burden.
- Indemnity is only for the first rental item rented.
- If the rental item is lost (including the case where the customer has no fault such as making a mistake), a separate rental fee will be charged when renting a new item.
- If a lost board is found during the rental house business hours of the day, the newly rented price will be refunded only during the rental house business hours of the day. (Submit receipt required)
